Congratulations to Janell on her first place trophy at her Toastmasters contest yesterday. I thoroughly enjoyed the process even though I got roped into being the backup timer.
Iris (Frey) Doolittle also came to watch. We had lunch and a great visit after the contest.

That's great -- what was the subject?
The title of my speech is "20th Century American Champions." It's about the 11 Triple Crown winners and I use the quilt as a visual aid.
