It worked

The picture was taken last winter after an ice storm.

My loss this week is 1 lb. 2 weeks in a row for a loss.

Sunshine today and we have had enough snow to cover what has turned to snirt (dirty snow). Better temps predicted for this week. For those of you that don't have the pleasure of Nebraska temps the high yesterday was around 1. It was 48 in Anchorage, Alaska. There is something wrong with that. Al, where is global warming?

I stayed the same, this week. Good job on the loss, mom!

I will be thinking of you all suffering the Nebraska temps, this weekend. We leave for Portland, for the weekend, tonight. Predicted temps. are 55-59. Slight chance of rain on Tues., when we fly back. The girls and I will be standing by the Pacific Ocean, tomorrow afternoon. :)

That is a gorgeous, icy tree. Ice can be so beautiful and yet so dangerous.

It is climate change, not global warming that is causing you to be cold and the California to have daytime temperatures in the 70s. We are also in a drouth with the possible water rationing in our future if we do not get some rain. The word is Enjoy the sun and take shorter showers. And the land where Cindy is going to have floods.

I am down two from my beginning weight. I'm weighing in on Fridays, but can't seem to get time to blog until Mondays - or weekends occasionally. I like the pic of your icy tree, Sue.
