I was surfirng the web... and I found this gorgeous photo. It´s beautiful your dog, and it really seems to know that somebody was taking a photo... Congratulations for that!

While Jerry was laid up, we talked about getting a dog. Now he is talking about going back to work so may put the adoption on hold.

She is not shy. She is very friendly.
I think -- a cat would be nice for Jerry. -- Don't comment on that, I know how Jerry feels about cats.
But -- a dog still might be good, people with pets have better blood pressure, heart rates, and all around better health outlooks.
Where did Zelda come from? If anyone is interested in adopting dogs that really need homes, be sure to check out www.hua.org. This is the animal shelter in Auburn, NE, that I volunteer for. They have pretty strict adoption guidelines, but then they want the best match for their dogs with the right family. They adopt dogs out all over the country.
I bet Zelda will be so much fun for Alex to play with; she almost looks like she is posing for the photo saying "yes, I'm always a good girl."
