Oregon was very good to me! Lost 3.5 lbs.! (Give me a mountain or two to hike!) The physical activity plus I was being very conscious about not doing the "vacation binge".
I lost 1.2 pounds this week. WW is going ok I need to get op. i have been falling off quite a bit lately but I am still losing it so that is a plus. I only have 15 more pounds to go. Lets hope I can get to it and maintain it.
Good job, Brook & Cindy. I gained .6 this week. No excuses.
Jerry saw Dr Chatwell (good name he likes to talk) today. He did a very thorough exam of his legs. He spend over an hour with him. diagnosis - Gout. He is very optimistic about getting it under control and getting rid of the pain. He explained a lot of things and we are hoping that Jerry can go back to driving at least one load a week.
We got back in time so I could play 9 holes of golf. Kind of windy, but not cold.
Janell, have you heard anything about Joe P and the kidney transplant?
