I gained .4 this week. Not surprised since I haven't been exercising much this week. Still have to be kind of careful of what I eat and chew it all really well.
The last time I checked in was June 21. Since then I'm down 1.5. Thankfully, I've lost what I gained on the trip to ID. "Super Size Me" was focused on McD's. After the few days living on fast food and gaining, I can see what horrible things we do to our bodies, regardless of the chain/name in question. It feels so good to get back "on plan"!
I am trying to be very good and not eat out. However I have been stressing so those little candy bars i have hidden for that time of the month have creep out this week. I did weight myself and i was only up .5 so that makes me happy.
I started this new workout video with Jillian from the biggest loser. 30 days to shred. It is a good workout. You are suppose to lose 20lbs we will see what happens.
