When & Where? Will the 1st work for you and do you want to come to Norfolk? Will Shirley be able to get the time off if it is at our house? The 1st will probably be better for us because the next weekend conflicts with Jacob's birthday and probably Kendra's Sunday School program.
The Denton picnic is this weekend so I may get to see Scott & Lisa to get their input.
I guess I better find some elk recipes and do some experimenting.

Norfolk on the 1st sounds good to me. I have a wild game cookbook that I've gotten good stuff out of for Venison. I can copy the Elk pages and send them to you, if it would help. And I'm always willing to do experimentation if we could meet you someplace and get some elk from you. I think I may have a venison roast I could contribute to our "Wild Christmas." It sounds like great fun already!
Great, send the recipes. Most Venison recipes could probably be converted to elk. I have been looking on the internet, but that requires printing them out on the company printer.
