For Sue -- I clipped this from a newsletter months ago. A reminder of what the exercise is doing. So the weight isn't what it's all about.

Thanks, it makes me want to go lift weights - not.
I have the same problem as you. I blow the program on the weekend and have to make up for it the rest of the week.
I do feel I need to give my legs a little rest once in a while.
