Friday report

Minus 2 pounds. I'm in shock, because I had the munchies SO bad all day Monday. I resisted until I got to my Bible study that evening and someone made the most beautiful cherry cheescake pie on top of a chocolate cookie crust and smothered in whipped cream - I caved and ate a whole piece. It was GOOD.

Also, I saw Brad G. yesterday. He looks really good. He trucked some boulders for TST. Joe Penny was with him and told us that he is getting ready to donate a kidney to his daughter Jennifer. She has Lupus and has been on dialysis (sp?) for a while. Keep them in your prayers.

Down .4 this week. You younger gals take note of the small losses I have. Get your weight under control now, because the older you get the harder it is to lose. I have walked 1 to 1 1/2 miles every noon hour this week except yesterday when I had a dentist appt. Plus I am up to 3 miles on the treadmill and 2 miles on the air dyne bike.

Good losses Brooke and Janell.

Joe and family will be moving into their new house tomorrow. Sure hope the weatherman is right about the weather.

Way to go, Brooke!

Sue; maybe you need to get your thyroid dosage checked. It seems like with all you're doing, you should be losing a little more.
Good luck to Joe & family. Now they can start shopping for a pony!

Took care of last week's gain, and then some. I'm down 2.5 for the week.
"Busy" doesn't even start to describe my weekend, this week. Kendra and I meet with her teammate at 1, today. After school, Kendra leaves with Miranda for Camp Kitaki's Teen Retreat weekend. Jaydee and I are going to Dare2Share tonight and tomorrow. I'll be driving a van-load, and will be a sponsor with our church group. There are 100 going from our church, but Pershing Auditorium is sold out at over 6,000 attending. This is so awesome! Little ol' Lincoln is beating out places like Phoenix and Seattle for attendance and community outreach!! Tonight, a church-friend of Jaydee's is spending the night, so her parents don't have to drive almost 20 mins each way to church (at God-aweful hours). Sunday, after church, Jaydee and I pick Kendra and Miranda up at Camp Kitaki. Somewhere in there, I have to figure out grocery trip and laundry. Mantra for the weekend?!...."Sleep is highly overrated
