Weigh in

I managed to lose .6 this week. I must really be getting a lot of muscle. Anyone want to arm wrestle?

I found your .6 and upped it .4. I gained a pound this week. I'm blaming the weather, (couldn't get my walking in two days this week), Paula Deen (she had a brownie recipe that I had to try - it was too good) and the Super Bowl - ate one too many sliders.

Next week will be better.

I haven't even stepped on a scale this week and I am scared to. I didn't eat much on Monday and Tuesday. I made up for it though Wednesday and Thursday. I will try and remember to step on that scale tomorrow and check in with everyone.

Janell- I seen that show of Paula Deen's it looked so good.

I lost 2.5 this week. From "The Biggest Looser"..."muscle burns calories, fat doesn't burn anything." As slow as the first couple of weeks can be on a new workout or even bumping one up, it will pay off in the long run. If you're frustrated with the scale, get the tape measure out. (I just measure the "big 3": bust, waist & hips.) The scale may not be budging, but the inches are.

I will actually be in Blair today. We are cleaning out grandpa's apartment. However dad is going to be keeping me busy all the way up till cacusess (spelling of that I am not sure) so we will have to make it another time.

I however have stepped on the scale. I have gained 2 pounds this week but that isn't as bad as I thought it would be after all the food I have ate.
