Weigh In

Another .6 loss this week. Not much but not a gain. Must be the snow shoveling.

I'm in neutral this week. No gain, but no loss either. I think I ate too many potatoes. I love potatoes.

Blah. Gained 2 lbs this week. Mental note: don't eat pizza, the night before weigh-in (or chocolate and cookies) Looks like I have a few appointments with a treadmill, this weekend.

Well I have lost the two pounds from last week. I went and joined weight watchers this week. I need to learn how to eat better then what I have been. So I am working on day two of weight watchers. We will see how it goes. I have heard really good things about it. I know quite a few people that have done it and had great success!

GO! BROOKE! I've lost a total of 45 lbs on WW. Tam, my sister has lost 60+, too. I've learned tons of helpful info. through WW...not all has been about food, either.

Way to go Cindy and Tam that is awesome. I hope that I get response like that. I am doing the flex plan. Do you have any ideas for dinners? I am doing okay with breakfast, lunch, and snacks but dinner is killing me.

Dinner/Supper/the evening meal is where I fall apart. I do okay avoiding things all day until I start cooking supper. HELP!

Cindy - I want to be just like you when I grow up!

Shirley; Brooke is my cousin once removed on the Carson side.

Tip for the week: (this comes from multiple sources including Dr. Phil, Dr. Oz and Bob Greene)

Purge your environment. If it (the junk food) is not there, you can't eat it.

I am very conscious about what I buy for snacks. I know if there are cookies or snacks in the house, I am sure to eat them.
